Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Waipio, Mililani, Wahiawa, Wheeler Field, Pearl City, Waikele, Kunia, Waipahu, Schofield Barracks, Aiea, Waikane, Waiahole, Halawa, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Moanalua, Punaluu, Iroquois Point, Kaaawa and Ewa Beach. |
