Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 235 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms that produced the heavy rains have moves east into Biscayne Bay. However, light to moderate rains will continue over the Advisory area that can still produce up to 1 inch of rainfall on top of the already 1 to 3 inches of rainfall that fell from the early thunderstorms. Therefore, the Flood Advisory will remain in effect until 445 PM EDT this afternoon. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
