* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 251 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rains due to
slow training thunderstorms. Rainfall amounts of 1 and 3
inches have already fallen during the last couple of hours
from these slow moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected
over the area during the next couple of hours with the slow
moving thunderstorms. if the rainfall amounts increase more
than forecast, then a Flash Flood Warning may be needed for
this area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 235 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the thunderstorms
that produced the heavy rains have moves east into Biscayne
Bay. However, light to moderate rains will continue over the
Advisory area that can still produce up to 1 inch of rainfall
on top of the already 1 to 3 inches of rainfall that fell
from the early thunderstorms. Therefore, the Flood Advisory
will remain in effect until 445 PM EDT this afternoon. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
