Headline: Special Weather Statement issued April 1 at 4:26AM EDT by NWS Newport/Morehead City NC
Description: The combination of afternoon relative humidity values around 40-45%
and very dry fine fuels will result in an increased risk for the
spread of wildfires this afternoon across interior Eastern North
Carolina.

Everyone is urged to properly dispose of cigarette butts,
matches, and any other flammable items in appropriate containers.
