* IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Valley-wide flooding of croplands...
pastures... and local roads occurs in southern Comanche County
and Cotton County and is accompanied by flood depths up to 5 feet
with dangerous currents.

- At 7:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.8 feet.

Red River near Terral affecting Clay, Jefferson, Montague and
Love Counties.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and is expected to continue.

* WHERE...Red River near Terral.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Crop and range lands... pecan groves and
rural roads are affected. Agricultural levees begin to overtop
when the river stages rise above 23 feet. Though not flooded...
some areas at the edge of the flood plain may be isolated by high
water in side channels. Bottomlands near Charlie Texas begin to
flood several hours before the crest reaches Terral Oklahoma...
with flooding reaching the Illinois bend area near Leon Oklahoma
several hours later.

Red River near Gainesville affecting Love and Cooke Counties.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and is expected to continue.

* WHERE...Red River near Gainesville.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 38.0 feet, Crop and range lands... pecan groves...
oil wells... and rural roads are flooded or isolated. Low-lying
fields... upstream in western Love County in Oklahoma... and Cooke
County in Texas... experience overflows several hours before the
crest reaches the Interstate Highway I-35 crossing north of
Gainesville. Sandpit operations area affected. Livestock and other
property should be removed to places which are at least 13 feet
higher than nearby river banks to avoid being stranded.

Deep Fork River near Beggs affecting Okmulgee County.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Deep Fork River near Beggs.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, moderate flooding of pasture lands occurs.
County roads south of Beggs and suburban roads northwest of
Okmulgee are covered by water.
At 24.0 feet, some county roads south of Beggs and northwest of
Okmulgee are flooded. Dentonville Road southwest of Beggs may be
impassable.
At 25.0 feet, several county roads northwest of Okmulgee are
closed and some homes may be isolated by high water. Dentonville
Road southwest of Beggs is closed.

- At 7:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.0
