| Headline: | Special Weather Statement issued December 5 at 7:59PM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA |
| Description: |
Area temperature will fall below freezing and allow for any standing water from melting snow to freeze, which may lead to localized icy spots on roadways. Additional, patchy of freezing fog and drizzle are also possible, especially near the peaks of the higher terrain along the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania into the West Virginia higher terrain. This could lead to localized icy spots to develop on elevated surfaces and roadways. Motorists should exercise caution while driving tonight into early Saturday morning before rising temperature and loss of fog ends travel concerns. |

| Headline: | Special Weather Statement issued December 5 at 7:13PM EST by NWS Mount Holly NJ |
| Description: |
Areas of light precipitation have started to develop this evening. Some of this precipitation has the potential to be in the form of freezing drizzle. If freezing drizzle develops, a glazing of ice is possible on any untreated surfaces. This may result in hazardous travel conditions quickly developing. During the overnight hours, some freezing fog will also be possible which could further cause slick surfaces in addition to reduced visibilities. |
