* IMPACTS...The West Canada Creek continues to rise due to excess
runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings off Route 28 are
inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 840 AM EDT, emergency management reported the West Canada
Creek rising and over topping its banks. This has led to
flooding of streets and side roads off of Route 28. The West
Canada Creek will crest early this afternoon but remain in
moderate flood stage until early Thursday morning. It is
expected to drop below flood stage by Thursday evening.
